Initiatives: Reports and more
Since its beginnings in 2005, the CLARITY Initiative has published three reports: Enabling Cooperative Development: Principles for Legal Reform (Principles for Legal Reform), Creating CLARITY (Assessment, Analysis & Outreach) and Applying CLARITY Principles to the Nicaraguan Cooperative Law (Applying the Principles). This section focuses on these reports, which provide the foundation for a cooperative-led process to reform laws and regulations affecting cooperative development worldwide.
The reports are supported by workshops, lectures and additional tools and materials for cooperative movements as they work toward legal reform.
